Ad Astra Flights Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ad Astra Flights! These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between you (the “Member” or “you”) and Ad Astra Flights (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) in relation to your membership and participation in the Ad Astra Flights program. By applying for membership and participating in Ad Astra Flights, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.

Membership Application and Approval
1.1. To become an Ad Astra Flights Member, you must apply for membership either online or in person at one of Ad Astra Flights’ private terminals. Membership eligibility is subject to approval.
1.2. All applicants will undergo security screening and must meet Ad Astra Flights’ and the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA), as well as any other participating law enforcement agencies’, requirements before being approved as an Ad Astra Flights Member.
1.3. Ad Astra Flights reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a Member in its sole and absolute discretion.

Membership Eligibility
2.1. To be an Ad Astra Flights “Member,” you must:
a. Be at least 18 years of age.*
b. Be a U.S. Resident with a verifiable address.**
c. Have a valid Email Address.
d. Have a valid Driver’s License or Passport issued in the United States** with complete, accurate, and verifiable information without fraud or security risk alerts.
e. Have paid the one-time Security Check Fee at the time of application.
f. Have paid the Monthly Membership Fee at the time of application or upon each renewal, on or before the expiration date.
g. Be approved by the TSA and Ad Astra Flights.* Minors may be allowed to become Members on a case-by-case basis at Ad Astra Flights’ discretion.** Foreign nationals with foreign passports or driver’s licenses may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at Ad Astra Flights’ discretion.

Fees and Payments
3.1. Ad Astra Flights Membership requires the payment of a one-time Security Check Fee of $99.95 at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable.
3.2. Ad Astra Flights offers two membership options:
a. Standard Membership: Requires a recurring Monthly Membership Fee of $99.95, with no minimum commitment, for flights between Ad Astra Flights’ regional destination cities.
b. Elite Membership: Requires a recurring Monthly Membership Fee of $999.95, with a twelve (12) month minimum commitment, for flights between Ad Astra Flights’ regional destination cities.
3.3. The first month’s Monthly Membership Fee must be paid in full at the time of application. These Monthly Membership Fees are non-refundable.
3.4. Payment for Ad Astra Flights fees must be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Cash, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Membership Renewal and Cancellation
4.1. Ad Astra Flights Memberships are automatically renewed each month. It is the Member’s responsibility to contact Ad Astra Flights via email to cancel the Membership.
4.2. If a Member fails to contact Ad Astra Flights prior to five (5) days before the Membership expiration, the Membership will be automatically renewed, and the credit, debit, or prepaid card on file will be charged the Monthly Membership Fee.
4.3. Elite Memberships have a twelve (12) month minimum commitment. If an Elite Member cancels the Membership or fails to honor the twelve (12) month commitment, Ad Astra Flights may terminate the Elite Membership permanently, and the Member will not be liable for any unpaid Elite Monthly Membership Fees.
4.4. Thirty (30) day Limited Memberships for travel companions may be available at an additional fee and are non-recurring.

Baggage and Pet Policy
5.1. Ad Astra Flights Members are allowed a maximum of two (2) standard-sized checked bags and one (1) personal belonging as carry-on.
5.2. Checked bags must not exceed fifty (50) pounds, and personal belongings carried on must not exceed twenty (20) pounds.
5.3. Additional baggage or personal belongings may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at Ad Astra Flights’ discretion, subject to advance notice and an additional fee.
5.4. Pets may be allowed on Ad Astra Flights with prior written notice and in compliance with Ad Astra Flights’ pet travel policy. Pet fees apply based on size.
5.5. All baggage and personal belongings are subject to inspection, including electronic and hand searches.

Dress Code Policy
6.1. Ad Astra Flights enforces a strict upscale Dress Code Policy for Members, their children, and guests. Neat and presentable attire is required.
6.2. The Dress Code Policy guidelines for acceptable attire and footwear are outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Management reserves the right to deny service to Members who do not comply with the Dress Code Policy.

Third-Party Benefits
7.1. Ad Astra Flights Members may receive exclusive benefits from third-party providers in hospitality, food and beverage, health and beauty, and ground transportation.
7.2. The use of third-party products, services, materials, and websites may require additional information, acceptance of terms and conditions, and payment of additional fees.
7.3. Ad Astra Flights is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or any other aspect of these third-party products, services, materials, and websites. Ad Astra Flights disclaims any liability or responsibility for these third-party offerings.

Code of Conduct and Termination
8.1. Ad Astra Flights Members must adhere to appropriate conduct and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Ad Astra Flights reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership immediately for inappropriate conduct or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments and Liability
9.1. Ad Astra Flights reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of Ad Astra Flights constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
9.2. Ad Astra Flights’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member to Ad Astra Flights, except as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions.
